Unless otherwise stated, the music, audio recordings, lyrics, videos, photographs, artwork, written material, graphics, and other original content available on this website belong to Gabzzy or are used with appropriate permission.

The content is provided for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

You may listen to, watch, read, and enjoy the content made available to you, but you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, republish, upload, modify, or commercially use it without permission.

Sharing a link to the website or encouraging someone to check out the content is, of course, completely fine.

Gabzzy Crew

The Gabzzy Crew is a free members-only area of the website.

Membership gives you access to content that may not be available publicly, including unfinished music, demos, instrumentals, photographs, personal material, behind-the-scenes content, and other things I choose to share.

The Crew is free, and membership does not guarantee that any particular type or amount of content will be added.

Content may be added, changed, moved, or removed at any time.

The Vault and Unreleased Music

Some material inside the Gabzzy Crew, particularly The Vault, includes unfinished, unreleased, experimental, or older work.

This material may be incomplete, unmastered, rough, outdated, or very different from something I would release today.

Making this material available through the Crew does not mean it has been released into the public domain or that permission has been given to download, reproduce, sample, remix, distribute, upload, sell, or otherwise use it outside the website.

Please enjoy it where I chose to share it.

Downloads and Sharing

Unless a download option is specifically provided, content on this website is intended to be accessed through the website.

Please don't copy, download, screen-record, redistribute, repost, or otherwise extract members-only material for distribution elsewhere.

In particular, please don't take unreleased material from the Gabzzy Crew and upload or share it publicly.

Member Accounts

You may need to create an account to access the Gabzzy Crew.

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity associated with your account.

Please don't share your account or login credentials for the purpose of giving other people access to members-only content.

Membership access may be restricted or removed if an account is being misused.

Financial Support

Gabzzy.ca may provide an option to voluntarily support Gabzzy financially.

Any contribution is voluntary unless clearly stated otherwise. Financial support does not determine whether someone belongs in the Gabzzy Crew and does not grant a supporter higher status, special access, ownership rights, or other benefits unless a specific benefit is clearly described at the time.

Contributions are not charitable donations and are not eligible for charitable tax receipts.

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider and may also be subject to that provider's terms and policies.

No Guarantee of Availability

I do my best to keep the website working, but I can't guarantee that every page, audio file, video, feature, or member area will always be available without interruption.

Content and features may change over time, and the website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party services, or other circumstances.

The website may contain links to or use services operated by third parties, such as streaming platforms, email providers, payment processors, analytics services, social platforms, or other websites.
